This is Joe, my Quilava.
Joe is the bad boy... Or at least he tries to be.
He usually ends up messing up and making a fool of himself, but he's normally pretty cool about it. Sometimes he can pull off that 'bad boy look' if he doesn't talk! XD
*Fun fact: Joe is the first character to appear in any of my flipnotes, but he doesn't have his collar.
